Formed in 2015, this American musical duo consists of Dylan Brady and Laura Les. They self-released their debut album, 1000 gecs, in 2019, which received positive reviews from critics. Following the success of their first album, they released a companion remix album titled 1000 gecs and the Tree of Clues in 2020. Their second studio album, 10,000 gecs, came out in 2023. The duo's music is characterized by a chaotic yet catchy blend of various musical styles, and they have been recognized for their significant role in helping to define the hyperpop genre.
