Jack Angel was an American voice actor and radio personality born on October 24, 1930. He passed away on October 18, 2021. Angel had a diverse career spanning multiple decades in entertainment. He began his professional work as a disc jockey for California radio stations KMPC and KFI before transitioning into voiceover work. Throughout his voiceover career, Angel lent his voice to numerous animated television characters in productions by major studios. He voiced characters in Hasbro and Hanna-Barbera shows including Super Friends, The Transformers, and G.I. Joe. Beyond his work with these studios, Angel was also involved in numerous productions by Disney and Pixar, contributing his vocal talents to their various projects. His career demonstrated remarkable longevity and versatility across different mediums of entertainment throughout the twentieth century.
