Arabella Latham, known professionally as Baby Queen, is a South African singer based in London. Born on 19 August 1997, she was raised in Durban, South Africa before relocating to London at age 18 to pursue a music career. In 2020, she signed a recording contract with Polydor Records, marking a significant milestone in her professional journey. Her debut EP, Medicine, arrived in November 2020, establishing her presence in the music industry. The following year, she released her debut mixtape, The Yearbook, in September 2021. Baby Queen's growing recognition led to her inclusion on the Radio 1 Sound of 2022 long list, highlighting her emerging status as an artist to watch. She continued building her discography with the release of her debut studio album, Quarter Life Crisis, which came out in November 2023.
