Founded in Columbus, Ohio in 2012, Beartooth is an American rock band led by vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Caleb Shomo. Originally performing every instrument in the studio, Shomo later formed a four-piece band. Signed to Red Bull Records since 2013, the group released their debut EP Sick in July 2013, followed by their first full-length album Disgusting in June 2014. The band has since released three additional studio albums: Aggressive, Disease, and Below, with their fifth studio album The Surface arriving in October 2023.
