Big Wreck

Formed in Boston, Massachusetts in 1992, Big Wreck is a Canadian rock band founded by Ian Thornley and Brian Doherty. The original lineup included David Henning and Forrest Williams. The band disbanded in 2003, after which Thornley pursued a solo career with his own band Thornley. In 2010, Thornley and Doherty reunited for a cross-Canada tour that featured songs from both Big Wreck and Thornley. The band officially reformed under the Big Wreck name in 2012 with the release of their third studio album, Albatross. Since then, they have released Ghosts in 2014, Grace Street in 2017, ...But for the Sun in 2019, 7 in 2023, and The Rest of the Story in 2025.
