Blood Red Shoes are an English alternative rock duo from Brighton. The band consists of Laura-Mary Carter and Steven Ansell. Since their formation, they have released six full-length albums spanning from 2008 to 2022. Their discography includes Box of Secrets released in 2008, followed by Fire Like This in 2010, In Time to Voices in 2012, a self-titled album in 2014, Get Tragic in 2019, and Ghosts on Tape in 2022. Beyond their full-length albums, the duo has also released several EPs and a number of singles throughout their career. In addition to their work as recording artists, Blood Red Shoes founded their own record label called Jazz Life in 2014.
