Calema is a music duo based in Portugal, composed of two brothers, António Mendes Ferreira and Fradique Mendes Ferreira. António was born on April 5, 1992, while Fradique was born on March 19, 1987. The duo takes its name from a special undulation that occurs on the African coast. Since their formation, Calema has become one of the most successful musical acts of the 2020s in Portugal, establishing themselves as a significant presence in the country's music scene.
