Formed in London, England in 2016, Calva Louise is a rock band comprising lead singer Jess Allanic, drummer Ben Parker, and bassist Alizon Taho. The band has released four full-length albums: Rhinoceros in 2019, Euphoric in 2021, Over the Threshold in 2023, and Edge of the Abyss in 2025. Their music is multilingual, reflecting the diverse backgrounds of the band members. Calva Louise has performed internationally at festivals throughout the United Kingdom, Europe, and the United States, as well as performing solo shows and collaborating with other artists. In 2024, BBC Radio 1 recognized the band as one of the "Artists You Need to Know."
