Formed in Grayslake, Illinois in 1995, Chevelle is an American rock band led by brothers Pete and Sam Loeffler. The band achieved major success with their 2002 album Wonder What's Next, which reached number 14 on the Billboard 200 and earned double platinum certification. Their subsequent releases, including This Type of Thinking (Could Do Us In) and nine additional studio albums, have established them as a significant force in rock music. As of 2022, Chevelle has sold over 6 million records worldwide.
