Crush Your Soul is a music project associated with the Crush Crush media franchise. Crush Crush itself is a free-to-play incremental dating sim created by Canadian game developer Sad Panda Studios, featuring characters that players can date and win over. The game is live serviced and has received continuous updates and new content over the years, including features such as phone flings, limited time events, a parallel events system, animated segments, voice acting, and cross platform voting. The game received positive critical reception and expanded into a broader media franchise that includes related games such as Blush Blush, Cabin Fever, Hush Hush, and Soul Mates. The franchise has also included crossovers with Yandere Simulator and Orgynizer, as well as the Merryweather Media webtoon series Internet Explorer. Additionally, a webtoon adaptation of Crush Crush was produced by Merryweather for WEBTOON in 2021, further extending the reach of this multimedia franchise.
