DJ Damnage is a collaborator within Pivot Gang, a hip hop collective of independent rappers based on the west side of Chicago. Pivot Gang originated from the Austin neighborhood in 2011 and was founded by brothers Saba and Joseph Chilliams, their cousin John Walt, and their high school friend MFnMelo. The collective is known for bringing together multiple artists who contribute to their distinctive sound and creative output. DJ Damnage works alongside other frequent collaborators including Lucki, Martin $ky, Ausar, and Noname, among others, as part of the broader Pivot Gang community. The collective has established itself as a significant force in independent hip hop from Chicago's west side.
