Decrepit Birth is an American death metal band from Santa Cruz, California. The group has released four studio albums across two record labels, with two albums through Unique Leader Records and two through Nuclear Blast. They also released a demo independently. A distinctive feature of their discography is that all studio albums showcase artwork by renowned fantasy artist Dan Seagrave. The band experienced a vocal transition in 2021 when frontman Bill Robinson announced an extended hiatus from performing. Mac Smith was brought in as a replacement vocalist to tour with the band during this period. However, the situation proved temporary, as the band announced in March 2022 that Robinson would be returning to handle vocals for an upcoming tour scheduled for July of that year.
