Formed in 1993, this American brutal death metal band hails from Los Osos, California. The group was founded by Jacoby Kingston, Erik Lindmark, and Joey Heaslet. Beyond their own musical output, the band made a significant impact on the death metal scene by establishing their own record label, Unique Leader Records, which has grown to represent numerous death metal bands from across the globe. Throughout their career, the band has maintained a prolific recording schedule, releasing nine studio albums in total. Their most recent album, Nucleus, came out in 2020.
