Formed in 2002, this Canadian deathcore band hails from Montreal, Quebec. The group is recognized for its distinctive musical approach, featuring a talented drummer known for frequent use of blasting techniques and a dual lead vocal setup. The band's contribution to music history is significant, as they are credited alongside other acts as pioneers of the deathcore genre. Throughout their career, they have maintained remarkable stability, experiencing very few lineup changes despite their years active. The band initially disbanded in April 2010 but returned to the music scene six years later in April 2016 following reunion performances in 2014 and 2015. Across their active periods, they have released a total of seven full-length albums.
