Duane Betts

Born on April 16, 1978, Duane Betts is an American guitarist and singer-songwriter with a diverse musical career spanning multiple projects and collaborations. He leads Duane Betts & Palmetto Motel and serves as a co-founding member of The Allman Betts Band. Betts previously performed as a guitarist and singer for Dickey Betts & Great Southern, which was led by his father, Dickey Betts. Throughout his career, he has been a member of several other musical groups, including Backbone69, Whitestarr, Brethren of the Coast, Dawes, Jamtown, and Duane Betts & the Pistoleers. In addition to his work with these bands, Betts has contributed as a session musician on numerous projects, with appearances on several albums by Puddle of Mudd.
