This American television documentary series was produced for Netflix and is based on the Danish series Det sidste ord, which translates to "The Last Word" from TV2. The show is hosted by Brad Falchuk, who also serves as a producer alongside Mikkel Bondesen. First announced in July 2024 when Netflix acquired the rights to the format, the series features interviews with notable figures that are expressly published only after their death, allowing the interviewee to share their own message following their passing.
