Jason Hook is a Canadian guitarist born in 1970 or 1971 under the name Thomas Jason Grinstead. He is best known for his work as a guitarist with Five Finger Death Punch, a prominent American heavy metal band. Following his departure from that group, Hook founded Flat Black, a heavy metal and hard rock band that represents his continued involvement in the heavy music genre.
