Gerald Earl Gillum, known professionally as G-Eazy, is an American rapper from Oakland, California. He began his career in 2006 and achieved major success following his 2014 major label debut, These Things Happen, which peaked at number three on the Billboard 200. His subsequent albums When It's Dark Out and The Beautiful & Damned both debuted in the top five. Notable hits include "I Mean It," "Me, Myself & I," and "No Limit," with the latter reaching number four on the Billboard Hot 100. His later albums experienced declining commercial performance.
