Gin Blossoms

Formed in 1987 in Tempe, Arizona, Gin Blossoms are an American rock band that achieved major success in the 1990s. Their breakthrough came with the 1992 release of their debut major label album, New Miserable Experience, which eventually went quadruple platinum. The album's lead single, "Hey Jealousy," became a Top 25 hit and went gold, establishing the band's commercial appeal. Four additional charting singles were released from the album, including "Found Out About You" in 1993. The band continued their success with their second album, Congratulations I'm Sorry, released in 1996 and certified platinum. The single "As Long as It Matters" from this album received a Grammy Award nomination, while other notable hits from the period include "Til I Hear It from You" and "Follow You Down." The band disbanded in 1997 but reunited in 2001. Since their return, they have released three studio albums: Major Lodge Victory in 2006, No Chocolate Cake in 2010, and Mixed Reality in 2018.
