Girls Against Boys

Post-hardcore band Girls Against Boys formed in Washington, D.C. in 1989 before relocating to New York City. The group released albums on Adult Swim, Touch and Go Records, Geffen Records, and Jade Tree between 1990 and 2002. After becoming inactive in 2009, they briefly toured in 2013 with new material, then reunited for a longer term in 2021. The stable lineup throughout their existence has featured vocalist and guitarist Scott McCloud, keyboardist and bassist Eli Janney, bassist Johnny Temple, and drummer Alexis Fleisig.
