Band Hero is a 2009 rhythm game developed by Neversoft and published by Activision. Released on November 3, 2009, across multiple consoles including PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Wii, it is the second spin-off of the Guitar Hero series. The game supports full band play with lead and bass guitar, drums, and vocals, and features 65 songs. It includes virtual avatars of musical artists such as Taylor Swift, Adam Levine, and No Doubt, though the band later sued Activision over avatar usage concerns.
