Hold My Own is an American hardcore band formed in Brooklyn, New York City, in 1987. They were among the earliest bands to fuse hardcore punk and heavy metal with hip hop elements. The original lineup included bassist and vocalist Evan Seinfeld, guitarist Bobby Hambel, and drummer Anthony Meo, with guitarist and vocalist Billy Graziadei joining soon after. After experiencing several lineup changes, a breakup, and a 2008 reunion followed by seven years of inactivity, the classic lineup reunited in 2022 and resumed performing in 2023.
