Swedish musician Pär Hulkoff, known professionally as Hulkoff, was born on August 25, 1980. He began his music career as the lead singer and guitarist for the industrial metal band Raubtier, which released their first material in 2009. He subsequently performed with the country rock group Bourbon Boys before transitioning to a solo career. Since 2017, Hulkoff has established himself as a solo artist creating Nordic folk influenced power metal and folk metal. His distinctive solo sound has drawn comparisons to the power metal band Sabaton, and he has collaborated with Joakim Brodén, Sabaton's lead singer, who featured on his 2017 album Kven.
