Hunt the Dinosaur draws inspiration from a diverse group of reptiles that dominated Earth through the Mesozoic era. These creatures, which existed from the Triassic period onward, were active animals with elevated metabolisms and adaptations for social interaction. Some were herbivorous while others were carnivorous, and all were egg-laying species. Many displayed elaborate structures like horns and crests, while some developed bony armor and spines.
