I Set My Friends on Fire is a post-hardcore band from Miami, Florida, formed in 2007 by Matt Mehana and Nabil Moo. The band signed with Epitaph Records and released their debut album, You Can't Spell Slaughter Without Laughter, in 2008. Drummer Chris Lent joined in 2009. Their second album, Astral Rejection, was delayed by Epitaph before its 2011 release. Following Moo's departure in 2010 and Lent's subsequent exit, the band announced a third album, Caterpillar Sex, in 2013, which was never released.
