Ania Tarnowska, professionally known as I Ya Toyah, is a Chicago-based musician, singer, composer, and producer. She is also the founder and CEO of Femme Fatale Records label. Her music is genre-bending and incorporates elements from industrial, electro-industrial, goth electro, punk electro, electronic rock, metal, and synthwave, making it best suited to the alternative music category. The name I Ya Toyah, when spoken aloud in Polish, translates to "It's Just Me." Her artistic identity is further defined by her logo, which merges the symbols for peace and anarchy, representing what she describes as her rebel psyche.
