Invent Animate

Formed in Port Neches, Texas in 2011, Invent Animate is an American metalcore band consisting of vocalist Marcus Vik, lead guitarist Keaton Goldwire, rhythm guitarist Trey Celaya, bassist Caleb Sherraden, and drummer Brody Taylor Smith. After self-releasing their debut EP Waves in 2012 and building popularity in the online djent community, they signed with Tragic Hero Records in 2014. The band released studio albums Everchanger, Stillworld, and Greyview before joining UNFD, through which they released their latest album Heavener in 2023.
