Kittie

A Canadian heavy metal band from London, Ontario, Kittie was formed in 1996 by Fallon Bowman and Mercedes Lander, with Morgan Lander and Tanya Candler joining the following year. Their 1999 debut album Spit achieved gold certification in the United States, selling over 600,000 copies. The band transitioned toward heavier sounds with subsequent releases Oracle and Until the End before creating their own label, X of Infamy. After signing to eOne Music, they released In the Black and I've Failed You before an indefinite hiatus. Kittie reunited in 2022 and released their first album in thirteen years, Fire, in 2024.
