Formed in Boulder, Colorado in 1989, Leftover Salmon is an American jam band known for their distinctive blend of bluegrass, rock, country, and Cajun/Zydeco influences, a style they call Polyethnic Slamgrass. Over their thirty-year career, the band has established themselves as a notable presence in the jam band scene. Their discography includes seven studio albums and three live albums. In celebration of their three decades together, Leftover Salmon released a biographical book titled Leftover Salmon: Thirty Years of Festival! and a vinyl box-set compilation featuring re-releases of all their studio albums.
