Luke Combs is an American country singer born on March 2, 1990, in North Carolina, where he grew up performing as a child. After leaving college to pursue music, he relocated to Nashville and released his debut EP, The Way She Rides, in 2014. His debut album, This One's for You, arrived in 2017 and reached number four on the Billboard 200. Following this success, Combs released his second album, What You See Is What You Get, in 2019, which topped the charts in multiple territories and became his first album to achieve that distinction. Throughout his career, he has earned numerous accolades, including three Grammy Award nominations, two iHeart Radio music awards, four Academy of Country Music Awards, and six Country Music Association Awards. His achievements include winning the Entertainer of the Year award in both 2021 and 2022, the Country Music Association's highest honor.
