Manic Hispanic is an American Chicano punk rock band based in Orange County and Los Angeles, California. The group performs as a comedy act, creating humorous renditions of punk rock standards by slightly renaming songs and adjusting lyrics with references to Chicano culture. All band members are Mexican and perform using stage names that emphasize the Mexican and Chicano identity of the group. The band functions as a supergroup composed of former and current members from various notable acts, including The Adolescents, The Grabbers, Punk Rock Karaoke, The X-Members, 22 Jacks, Final Conflict, Agent Orange, Death by Stereo, and The Cadillac Tramps.
