Megan Ann Moroney is an American country music singer and songwriter from Douglasville, Georgia, located west of Atlanta. Born on October 9, 1997, Moroney first gained attention with her single "Hair Salon," which appeared on her debut EP Pistol Made of Roses. Her breakthrough came with "Tennessee Orange," the second single from her debut album, which peaked at number 10 on the US Hot Country Songs chart and significantly boosted her career. In May 2023, she released her first full-length album, Lucky, which reached the top 40 of the Billboard 200. Her second album, Am I Okay?, arrived in July 2024 and debuted at number nine on the Billboard 200. The album's singles "Am I Okay?" and "No Caller ID" peaked at number 34 and number 58 on the Billboard Hot 100, respectively. Most recently, in February 2026, her album Cloud 9 entered the Billboard 200 at number one, marking a significant milestone in her career.
