Noah Kahan is an American singer-songwriter born on January 1, 1997. He signed with Republic Records in 2017 and achieved his breakthrough with the single "Hurt Somebody," which earned gold status in the United States and charted across multiple international markets. The single and accompanying EP preceded his debut album, Busyhead, released in 2019. Kahan continued his musical output with two subsequent albums: I Was / I Am in 2021 and Stick Season in 2022. Stick Season marked his mainstream commercial breakthrough and led to a Grammy Award nomination for Best New Artist in 2023.
