NOVELISTS

About

French metalcore band Novelists, often stylised as Novelists FR, hails from Paris and was formed in 2013 by brothers Amael and Florestan Durand. The group has built their career through multiple record label partnerships, beginning with releases on Arising Empire and SharpTone Records before joining Out of Line Music in 2020. Throughout their musical journey, Novelists experienced two vocalist changes before welcoming Camille Contreras to the band in 2023. This lineup addition marked a new chapter for the group, which released the EP Okapi in 2024. The band continued their momentum by publishing their fifth studio album, CODA, in 2025 through their own artist-run label, ACKOR Music.
