Organectomy is an American death metal band formed in Columbus, Ohio, in 2019 by guitarist Cameron Boggs. The band has released one demo, one live album, and three studio albums to date. Current members include guitarist Cody Davidson, drummer Eric Morotti, vocalist Devin Swank, and guitarist-bassist Drew Arnold. The band's name serves a dual purpose, referencing founding member Cameron Boggs' last name while also combining "sanguisuga," the Latin word for "leech," with "bog," British English slang for "toilet."
