Saving Abel

Based in Corinth, Mississippi, Saving Abel is an American rock band that was founded in 2004 by Jason Null and Jared Weeks. The band's name draws inspiration from the biblical story of Cain and Abel, in which Cain kills his brother Abel. According to band member Jason Null, the name came to him after researching the biblical narrative online. During his search, a particular phrase caught his attention: "there was no saving Abel," which he found compelling enough to adopt as the band's title.
