Formed in 2007 in Nottingham, Sleaford Mods are an English post-punk music duo. The band features vocalist Jason Williamson and instrumentalist Andrew Fearn, who joined in 2012. They are known for their abrasive, minimalist musical style and their exploration of austerity-era Britain, culture, and working class life. Williamson's distinctive East Midlands accent is central to their delivery of embittered lyrical content. The duo have released several albums that have received critical praise.
