Sleep Theory is an American rock band from Memphis, Tennessee, formed in 2019. The group features vocalist Cullen Moore, guitarist Daniel Pruitt, bassist Paolo Vergara, and drummer Ben Pruitt. Beginning as Moore's solo project, the band blends heavy metal and R&B styles. Their 2023 debut EP, Paper Hearts, generated over 33 million streams. They released their debut album Afterglow in May 2025 and toured extensively across the U.S. that year. The band has announced a 2026 European and UK tour beginning in February.
