Based in the Ocean Beach neighborhood of San Diego, California, Slightly Stoopid is an American rock band known for their distinctive musical style. The group describes their sound as a fusion of folk, rock, reggae and blues with hip-hop, funk, metal and punk. Throughout their career, the band has released 13 albums, including four live recordings. Early in their history, Slightly Stoopid was signed to Skunk Records by Bradley Nowell, the lead singer of the band Sublime, while the members were still in high school.
