Small Town Syndrome is a regional act that performs at Rock Fest, a permanent music festival held annually in July on the Chippewa Valley Music Festival grounds in Cadott, Wisconsin. The venue hosts four days of rock concerts featuring both national music acts and regional performers like Small Town Syndrome. The festival grounds accommodate more than 7,500 campsites for attendees, along with convenience stores, merchandise stores, and concessions. Small Town Syndrome takes the stage during performances between main stage acts on the side stages available throughout the festival.
