About

Woe, Is Me is an American metalcore band from Atlanta that was formed in 2009. The band is currently signed to SBG Records, though they were previously signed to Rise Records and its subsidiary, Velocity Records. Their debut album, Numbers, was released on August 31, 2010, and achieved notable chart success by reaching number 16 on Billboard's Top Heatseekers chart. Throughout their initial run, the band experienced several lineup changes due to ongoing disputes between members, with guitarist Kevin Hanson being the only founding member to remain with the group. After disbanding in September 2013, the band announced a reunion in July 2022 with the "Vengeance" lineup. They marked their return to performing by playing their first show in over nine years in Dallas, Texas on October 29, 2022.
