Spiritbox is a Canadian heavy metal band from Victoria, British Columbia, formed in 2017 by guitarist Mike Stringer and vocalist Courtney LaPlante. Their lineup includes drummer Zev Rose and bassist Josh Gilbert. The band blends metalcore and progressive metal with electronic elements and R&B-inspired vocals. After building their fanbase through viral music videos, they released their debut album Eternal Blue in 2021, which reached number 13 on the US Billboard 200. Their music is released through Pale Chord in partnership with Rise Records.
