Stephen Marley

Born April 20, 1972, Stephen Robert Nesta Marley is a Jamaican-American musician and the son of Bob Marley. An eight-time Grammy Award winner, he has earned three Grammy Awards as a solo artist, two as a producer for his younger paternal half-brother Damian Marley's albums Halfway Tree and Welcome to Jamrock, and three additional awards as a member of his older brother Ziggy Marley's group Ziggy Marley & The Melody Makers. Marley's 2011 album Revelation Pt. 1 – The Root of Life earned the Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album in 2012, followed by the release of Revelation Pt. 2 – The Fruit of Life in July 2016. Throughout his career, Marley has demonstrated remarkable versatility as a musician and producer, composing, producing, and performing multiple instruments on his self-produced solo albums including Mind Control, Mind Control Acoustic, and the Revelation series.
