EDGEOUT Records is an American independent record label founded by Tony Guanci and Cheryl Benson-Guanci in 2018. Based in Los Angeles, the label signed an exclusive global label services agreement with Universal Music Group in December 2018, through which its releases are distributed. The label operates through multiple business models, signing bands to upstream deals with one of Universal's labels and also maintaining a distribution division that provides services to bands and artists meeting specific criteria. EDGEOUT Records runs an artist development program called The Studio, which serves to identify potential signees. The label signs established artists with specialty projects and musicians to sole distribution deals. In October 2021, EDGEOUT Records expanded its operations by opening a second office in Nashville.
