Formed in Reading, Berkshire in 2000, Sylosis is a British heavy metal band signed to Nuclear Blast Records. The band has released seven studio albums, a live album, two EPs and twelve music videos throughout their career. Their most recent album, The New Flesh, came out on February 20, 2026. Josh Middleton stands as the sole consistent member of the group, serving as lead guitarist across every album and taking on vocal duties since the second studio album Edge of the Earth. The band's history has been marked by multiple line-up changes over the years.
