Formed in Stillwater, Oklahoma in 1999, The All-American Rejects are an American rock band led by vocalist and bassist Tyson Ritter and guitarist Nick Wheeler, who serve as primary songwriters. Their 2002 self-titled debut achieved platinum status with the hit "Swing, Swing." The 2005 album Move Along brought further success with multiple top-fifteen singles and triple platinum certification. Their third album spawned "Gives You Hell," which peaked at number four on the Billboard Hot 100 and became their most successful song. The band has sold over 12 million albums worldwide.
