The Almost

The Almost is an American rock band from Clearwater, Florida, fronted by Aaron Gillespie, who is the drummer and vocalist for Underoath. Originally formed in 2005 as a solo project by Gillespie, the band has evolved to include guitarist Jay Vilardi, bassist Jon Thompson, and drummer JJ Revell. The group released three albums through Tooth & Nail Records: their debut Southern Weather in 2007, Monster Monster in 2009, and Fear Inside Our Bones in 2013. After taking a hiatus in 2015, Gillespie revived the project and released their fourth album, Fear Caller, in 2019 through Fearless Records.
