The Aquadolls are an alternative band that formed in 2012 under the leadership of founder Melissa Brooks. Following the band's formation, Brooks released an initial EP and album before the group entered a period of hiatus. The band later expanded when Keilah Nina and Jaqueline Proctor joined as members. With this new lineup, The Aquadolls released their sophomore album, The Dream and Deception, in 2018, followed by the album Charmed in 2023. The band has established itself through their distinctive sound, characterized by a wide range of musical influences that blend throughout their work. Over the years, they have built a notable performance history, collaborating with various artists and performing at prominent festivals including Lollapalooza.
