The Linda Lindas is an American punk band from Los Angeles comprising Bela Salazar, Eloise Wong, and sisters Lucia and Mila de la Garza. Formed in 2018, the band took their name from the film Linda Linda Linda, which itself derives from the Blue Hearts song "Linda Linda". After gaining attention from comedian Amy Poehler, they recorded the soundtrack for her 2021 film Moxie. Later that same year, they released the single "Racist, Sexist Boy", which went viral and led to Epitaph Records signing them shortly afterwards. In 2022, The Linda Lindas released their debut album, Growing Up, which received mostly positive reviews.
