The Medic Droid

Hailing from Phoenix, Arizona, The Medic Droid was an American synthpop band that blended emo and techno elements to create dance music for club audiences. The group consisted of three members: Chris Donathon, Hector Bagnod, and Johnny Chavez. The trio initially built a substantial following on MySpace between 2006 and 2007 before signing with independent label Modern Art in 2008. That same year, they released their debut album, What's Your Medium. Throughout their existence, The Medic Droid maintained a sporadic touring schedule until the band ceased activity in 2016.
